Data Deletion

Last updated: June 3, 2026

You are in control of your data. You can disconnect your Meta accounts or delete your dmnet account and associated data at any time.

Disconnect a Meta account

Open dmnet → Accounts, choose the Instagram or Facebook account, and select Disconnect. This immediately removes the stored access token for that account and stops all automations on it.

Delete your account & all data

To permanently delete your dmnet account and all associated data — including connected-account records, stored tokens, automations and message logs — email us at info@dmnet.in from your registered email or phone with the subject “Data deletion request”.

We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email once done. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, tax/payment records), and are deleted when no longer required.

Revoke access from Meta

You can also remove dmnet’s access from Meta directly: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, or in Instagram go to Settings → Apps and websites, and remove dmnet. After revoking, the previously issued tokens stop working.
